Chris has almost 20 years in the snow and ice management industry. He is heavily involved in the preparation and execution of storm operations to support and exceed client expectations. He is in constant communication with clients before, during and after a storm to ensure their needs are met with the highest of standards. He also participates in SIMA, BOMA, and IREM to stay up to date on the industry’s latest trends to ensure BSR is always on the cutting edge.

The relationship we have formed with BSR Contracting Services is second to none. Of course it helps they consistently come in under budget and ahead of schedule, always arrive early, and feel more like a partner than a subcontractor. Our customers love them, and so do we.

I wanted point out and give credit where credit is due. Whoever is contracted to do the snow removal for the Hazelwood location did a fabulous job during Friday’s snow storm. The snow removal team went above and beyond what would be expected, when I left at 5:00PM on Friday from building 20 there were probably only two additional cars in the parking lot. It had probably already snowed 3 to 4 inches on the ground and they had cleared a path out the exit and paths to any of the remaining cars in the parking lot. Please pass the complement that they do a great job and it was muchly appreciated by the individuals who stayed working on the campus late.

I’ll start off by thanking you and your team for a job well done today. Our yard and lots are in great shape. I wish I could say the same for our highways and interstates today ? I’m getting word that we’re starting to see some refreezing already on our yard here and though I know we’re going to see service 24/7 I’m just seeing if you know when we can expect someone back to treat or salt the yard again. I was really hoping the sun would come out earlier than it did to help burn that slush down earlier but our yard is still pretty wet.

Wanted to make you guys aware of something I noticed last night. I was across the street from my building at 5:45 last night leaving the gym. I saw your truck in the lot plowing. I noticed he was working really hard to get real close to one of our vans to clear that space and make it easy for someone to get into the van without walking through a pile of snow. After a couple of passes I guess your guy realized he was unable to get close enough. At that point I saw him get out of the truck with a shovel and carefully shovel the area next to the van. Needless to say I was really impressed! We have had a few different snow plow contractors over the years and I must say I have never witnesses any of them care about the quality of their work as much as I saw your employee do last night. I was very impressed with the level of care and passion he had for doing a great job! Truly a way different experience than I have ever had with a snow contractor. Now I know why you guys have so many great reviews on line. I just thought I should let you guys know how impressed I was! Great job!!!
