Happy Snow Day!

I wanted to let you know that one of my tenants chased me down in the hallway today to tell me how pleased they are with the snow removal.   She said they had some out of town guests (from Minnesota) who were very complimentary about our snow removal.  She asked me to pass along what a great job they thought you did!

just FYI, I came in this morning fully expecting to be putting salt out for an hour or 2 but BSR has done a fantastic job on the parking lots and all walkways.  I checked all of the buildings and no additional attention was necessary.  I also saw one of their trucks onsite doing inspections as well.  Just thought I’d let you know, they have done a wonderful job

Just a quick note to say that we arrived to an AWESOME parking lot this morning.  Thank you for making the change to this company…..our parking lot was the best in the area….and FAR exceeded what the street crews have accomplished during this heavy snow.

I work in the 130 building and just wanted to thank you and your team for the outstanding job you did clearing the snow this week.  I arrive rather early in the morning and was so pleased to see the uncovered parking surfaces and sidewalks were shoveled and salted.  I know this meant that your folks had to get up early and work out in the severely cold weather.  I really appreciate the job they did and thank them for their hard work.

I thought the snow removal contractor did an excellent job this last storm.  We were closed Tuesday, so I’m not sure what the parking lot looked like then, but it was so wonderful to come to work Wednesday morning, and again today and have the ENTIRE lot not only cleared of snow but DRY.

My parking lots look GREAT!  Thanks for your hard work!!
